You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the design or printing process has commenced.
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us immediately. Modifications may not be possible if the production process has already started.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, reprint the order at no additional cost to you.
