File guidelines

Best format: a print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks
Also accepted: AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPG files
File size: up to 500 MB per upload
Tell us what it’s for: include your order or quote number and the product in the message field

What happens after you upload

Preflight check: our designers review your file for resolution, colour, bleed, fonts, and trim size.
Digital proof: we send you a proof through Frame.io, where you can leave comments right on the file.
Your approval: nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
Production: most orders are ready within 3–5 business days, depending on the product, quantity, and finishing.
