Grafix Media is a print shop in Calgary, Alberta. Every order is printed to order, then picked up at our shop or shipped to you. This page explains where we ship, what shipping costs and how long it takes.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses anywhere in Canada and the United States. For shipping to any other country, please contact us before you order.
Shipping Costs
Because every order is custom, shipping is quoted live at checkout, based on your address and the size and weight of your package. You’ll see the available courier options and prices before you pay. We do not offer free shipping.
As a guide, small, light orders such as bookmarks or business cards usually cost much less to ship than large or heavy items such as sandwich boards, banner stands or rigid signs, which can be more expensive to send. If you’d like a shipping estimate before you order, contact us.
Free Local Pickup in Calgary
You can choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order from our shop:

We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
How Long It Takes
Delivery time is production time plus courier transit time:
- Production: most products are ready 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. Some products take longer; the product page shows the turnaround for each item.
- Transit: once your order ships, delivery time depends on the courier, the service you choose and your location.
Need your order by a certain date? Contact us before ordering to ask about rush production.
Couriers
We ship with major Canadian couriers such as Canada Post and Purolator. The options available for your address are shown at checkout.
Orders to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the courier or customs. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us right away at estimator@grafix-media.ca or (587) 329-4304, with photos of any damage, so we can help.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
